Since 2019, she has led the digital transformation in IKEA DK with her team; retooling legacy systems to establish a foundation for growth, building a stronger omnichannel experience for customers and coworkers, and activating data-driven business steering.
The past three years, IKEA DK has implemented in-store tech solutions that improve the customer experience by reducing checkout time, making it easy to locate products, and optimize the Click&Collect pick-up experience. At the same time, they have deepened the customer engagement in digital channels with a new app, live selling and new immersive planning tools. All to ensure shopping at IKEA is delightful and convenient.
