Audrey is a Global Digital & e-Commerce Capability & Execution Excellence Director Leader with Mars Pet Nutrition the biggest division of the $35bn FMCG giant MARS. With responsibility for the European Pet Nutrition business Audrey has led a transformation in category and shopper led thinking and driven significant improvement in our European Advantage Group Trade Attitude Survey results on Category Leadership. Audrey’s key attribute is her ability to work across demand functions both in local markets and at a regional level to better understand shoppers and improve shopping experience across all retail landscapes and relevant channels i.e. Grocery, Specialist Pet Trade & eCommerce. Audrey’s passion for Shopper First thinking has led to a change in how MARS engages with Customers in Europe & Globally. Audrey has been with MARS for 16 years and has past roles at the Company in Category Management, National Accounts, Customer Marketing, Shopper Insights and Category Leadership. Audrey’s passion is Category & Shopper Insights and has experience in Local, European and now Global roles and across all Business Units in Mars; Food, Snacking and Pet Nutrition. Previous to joining Mars Audrey held Category & Insights roles in both Nestle & Kerry Foods.
