Flower Power! The impact of mood elevation in shopping (June 24, 2016 - 12:00)

Flower Power! is a Behavioral Economics Study that is multi -ayered with Neurometrics including Heart Rate, Galvanic Skin Response, Mobile Eye Tracking and Voice Emotion Analysis to determine the impact of giving mood enhancing flowers to real shoppers in a major midwestern grocery store. The results reveal major surprises examining the impact of mood elevation on shopper behavior and perceptions as it affects how people shop and how they feel about the shop.
