Dale Jolley has over 28 years of sales and marketing experience and has won numerous awards for his accomplishments. In his corporate career, he was a Sales Trainer, District Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director, and National Sales Director for multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Instructional Technology as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in marketing and a minor in accounting and economics. For the past three and a half years, he has served as the Director of Utah Valley University’s Neuromarketing SMARTLab and has played a key role in building the SMARTLab into one of the most advanced neuromarketing test labs in the United States. The SMARTLab has received numerous awards for the work it has done in the field of neuromarketing and biometric testing.

He also currently serves as the Assistant Director of Utah Valley University’s Professional Selling Program and teaches sales and marketing courses. He is a marketing consultant for various state and corporate entities and serves on the advisory boards for RISE Institute for Literacy and Reading Horizons.
