Naomi Grewal is the Manager of the North America Consumer Insights Research team at Facebook. Her team produces industry thought leadership research by leveraging Facebook’s rich internal database, external research vendors, and experimental work to understand people across generations, geographies, devices and time. Prior to Facebook, Naomi held leadership positions within the market research industry including Manager of Research Solutions at SurveyMonkey, Head of Research at YouEye (now UserZoom), and Director of Neuro and Behavioral Science R&D at Ipsos. Naomi holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from Claremont Graduate University, and was recognized with the Neuro Talent of the Year Award from the Neuromarketing Science and Business Association in 2012. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University. Naomi resides in the San Francisco Bay Area and is based out of Facebook’s Menlo Park campus.
