As the Director of Strategy & Insights, Leah Cotterman has an active role in guiding and shaping the customer experience on client projects.

Leah provides strategic business direction for CPG, foodservice and retail brands by leveraging a range of research and analysis methodologies. She works to discover the most meaningful insights in order to inform the creation of actionable and differentiated experience strategies. Her prior experience working on the client side of global retail and consumer packaged goods brands, gives her unique perspective in working with clients to achieve their business and brand goals.
