Kathryn Purchase



Kathryn Purchase is the Head of Shopper at decode, and is an expert in category management and shopper marketing, with over 20 years commercial experience working for Unilever, Henkel, Heinz and Carlsberg. She is pioneering the use of neuroscience principles in shopper, from category strategy to point of purchase shopper marketing. She believes that decision science can unlock a new world of shopper thinking, and that it fundamentally changes the way we think about how we influence shoppers. Kathryn is passionate about implicit insight, and is pioneering the decode approach to shopper, working with clients to understand how we can grow categories and brands.
