Andra Magerusan is a user researcher who helps create people-centered, efficient products and services. Academically, I'm a trained psychologist and have had the opportunity to conduct research in different sectors such as start-ups, financial services and travel. I interrogate people’s decisions and buying behavior through qualitative and quantitative methods and help brands understand their customers better.
Recent achievements with my current employer include delivering end-to-end research projects, including pitching and proposal writing. My past life as a digital recruiter has given me a good understanding of the agency and client-side landscapes, business acumen, as well as good grasp of digital product life-cycle development.
